To keep your Pendulum T-shirt looking fresh and long-lasting, follow these simple care tips:

Washing

• Turn the T-shirt inside out before washing to protect the DTF print.
  
• Use cold or lukewarm water (below 30°C).
  
• Wash with mild detergent — avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
  
• Do not use fabric softeners; they can affect print quality.
  
• Use a gentle cycle when machine washing or preferably hand wash for best results.
  

Drying

• Air dry in the shade — avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
  
• Do not tumble dry; high heat can damage the print.
  
• Lay flat or hang to dry naturally.
  

Ironing

• If needed, iron inside out on low heat.
  
• Do not iron directly over the DTF print area.
  

Storage

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  
• Avoid folding in a way that creases the printed area.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  
• All original tags, packaging, and labels are intact.
  
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  

Note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items purchased on sale or clearance.
  
• Customized or printed products (unless received damaged or defective).
  
• Products damaged due to improper care or misuse.
  

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order ID
  
• A photo of the product issue
  

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible after verification.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  
• Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
